Pionner 10…is comeback?

Pioneer 10 is a satellite produced the first detailed photographs of Jupiter. After conveying these pictures, he came out of our solar system in 1983. Yet scientists have said there is little in a statement that Pioneer 10 was back in the direction of the Sun, driven by an unknown force.

It seems that the satellite shows no signs of slowing down or weakness while he continues to advance into space. Researchers are considering the possibility that the probe has revealed a new phenomenon.
Dr. Philip Laing, a member of the research team dedicated to tracking the satellite said: « We considered many theories which we thought and so far, none are valid. If what we found is true, then it will have a significant impact on space travel.  »

Pioneer 10 was launched by NASA in 1972 along with its twin, Pioneer 11. They had created a stir in the scientific community by sending detailed images of Jupiter and Saturn. In June 1983, Pioneer 10 had passed Pluto, the farthest celestial body in our solar system. Both probes are currently traveling at about 28,000 km / h to the stars they encounter in several million years. Researchers continue to receive the signal from Pioneer 10, which is more than 8 billion miles from Earth.
Research published in The Physical Review will demonstrate that the speed of the two probes is modified 7 km / h per century, a consequence barely visible about 10 billion times weaker than gravity. Initially, scientists suspected the gas from the engine sensors or the warmth of their nuclear reactors to be the cause of this phenomenon. Research teams admit that no known theory at present can not explain why the forces remain constant.
The strange behavior of the probes also eliminated the possibility that the two spacecraft are affected by the gravitational field of unknown planets beyond the solar system. Some scientists have argued that this force would be related to a mechanical problem with the probe Pioneer 10, which had also been observed on the Galileo and Ulysses probes, always located in the solar system.
Until 1988, Pioneer 10 was the object space designed by the man most remote in space, a distinction made by Voyager 1. If the probe had to encounter extraterrestrial life forms, a gold plaque bearing the likeness of a man and a woman and a map indicating their origin has been placed on the satellite, which NASA considers  » the equivalent of a message in a bottle thrown into the sea. «
