Short autobiography by Michel Duchaine
In order to familiarize you with me, I would like to present you my short autobiography, as I promised you, a long time ago! In life, we do what we can with the best Tools available, in our environment. I have developed over time, a spirit of research and a great personal interest in disclosing my information to you.

Chapter 1-From Origin to Adolescence

I had plenty of facilities to study and I liked to talk.In the seventh year I was already starting to give lectures in class and I liked sharing my discoveries on research that I was doing then.
Chapter 3-My Adolescence
I remember how my classmates had delighted my companions at the time: I had gone from zero to hero in a very short time. My best and most remarkable lectures of that time were made on dinosaurs, space , The death of Winston Churchill and especially the assassination of John Kennedy.
The assassination of John Kennedy was the trigger for me. I was sitting in front of the old Fleetwood television in black and white. The whole family watched the procession when the shots were heard. Chapter 4-The events of October 1970

I then went back to school after traveling a little. I directed my interests towards technical and professional courses: I studied all my life, while accumulating no less than 14 diplomas including robotics, aeronautical sheet metal work, Electronics, industrial mechanics, etc.I have read thousands of books. I have translated thousands of texts in various languages.
I worked on prototypes, many industrial equipment, I worked, among others at Pratt & Whitney and large companies of steelworks, cartonneries, etc.
Currently, I work in a large company in Repentigny.
Chapter 6-Projects for Quebec and the World
In 2007, 10 years ago, on September 10, 2017, I founded the Defenders of the Earth in a restaurant in Montreal. It is an association of researchers on the web who seek the Truth of things.
In 2011, I was running for the Green Party of Canada on May 2 and I did a good job by being left to myself.

Nouvel Ordre Mondial:La dictature européenne organise la chasse aux sorcières eurosceptiques
Alors que les référendums se multiplient contre certaines actions de l’Union Européenne, Laure Ferrari reproche au Parlement européen de tenter de réduire au silence la voix des eurosceptiques au sein de l’instance «démocratique» européenne.
*Laure Ferrari est directrice exécutive de l’Institut pour la Démocratie Directe en Europe (IDDE).
Le référendum néerlandais du 8 avril 2016, et celui du 24 juin au Royaume-Uni, ont incité le Parlement européen à déclarer la guerre aux partis et fondations pan-européens jugés coupables d’euroscepticisme et de subversion démocratique.
Au Parlement européen, l’association entre des eurodéputés de 7 pays différents permet la création d’un groupe parlementaire. Ces groupes réunissent les partis nationaux auxquels appartiennent ces eurodéputés. Une fois formé, il devient possible pour un groupe de créer un parti politique et une fondation. On emploie le qualificatif «pan-européen» pour désigner leur nature plurinationale.
Ayant été portées au sein des institutions européennes par le suffrage populaire, ces entités sont financées par l’organe «démocratique» de ces mêmes institutions, à savoir le Parlement européen, établi entre Bruxelles et Strasbourg.
J’ai l’honneur de diriger une de ces fondations pan-européennes. L’Institut pour la Démocratie Directe en Europe (IDDE) est né de l’Alliance pour la Démocratie Directe en Europe (ADDE) en 2014. Dans cette alliance siègent notamment UKIP pour le Royaume-Uni, et Debout la France pour notre pays.
L’activité d’une fondation européenne consiste essentiellement à promouvoir les idées qu’elle entend représenter. De par son origine, l’IDDE s’inscrit dans l’euroscepticisme, c’est-à-dire dans la vision d’une Europe remodelée sur les bases de la démocratie nationale. Dans cette optique, nous promouvons un retour du politique vers le peuple, et nous soutenons activement les initiatives liées à la démocratie directe.
Dans son programme politique de l’année 2015, soumis au Parlement européen, la fondation a fait état de sa velléité à promouvoir la démocratie directe. Ainsi, l’IDDE a financé une publicité visant à collecter des signatures nécessaires à la tenue d’un référendum aux Pays-Bas, à propos de l’accord de partenariat entre l’UE et l’Ukraine.
L’initiative a recueilli les signatures nécessaires, le référendum a eu lieu, et l’accord a été rejeté par les citoyens néerlandais. Dans les deux mois qui suivirent ce camouflet infligé à Bruxelles, le tremblement de terre du Brexit survint.
Si les conséquences de ces événements sont encore difficiles à prévoir, il est très clair que les fondements de l’UE ont été ébranlés. Redoutant une onde de choc, les responsables politiques s’activent à mettre un terme à cette épidémie démocratique qui semble secouer les pays-membres de l’UE. Las, le peuple hongrois vient à son tour de s’exprimer souverainement sur la politique voulue par Bruxelles, dans le cadre du référendum organisé sur l’accueil des migrants.
Un choix vertement critiqué par Martin Schulz, président du Parlement européen, qui a estimé que cette consultation représentait un «jeu dangereux», tandis que Jean-Claude Juncker, président de la Commission européenne, a pointé le fait que l’organisation de référendums nationaux sur les décisions européennes «mettait en danger l’autorité de la loi».
Notons tout de même que l’entrée de la Hongrie au sein de l’Union européenne a eu lieu suite à un référendum où les électeurs répondirent «oui» à 86,73% … mais avec un taux de participation de 45,6%. La légitimité du peuple semble donc être à géométrie variable.
Une fondation européenne ne peut pas faire campagne dans le cadre d’un référendum. La chose est stipulée par le paragraphe 4 de l’article 8 du règlement européen, relatif au statut et au financement des partis politiques au niveau européen. Or, le bureau du Parlement européen entend démontrer que l’IDDE a fait campagne dans le cadre du référendum néerlandais, ce qui n’est pourtant pas le cas. Son action visait l’organisation d’un référendum qui, évidemment, n’existait pas à l’époque. Elle ne contrevenait donc pas aux règles fixées. Mais les récents événements aux Pays-Bas, au Royaume-Uni, et en Hongrie, incitent les responsables politiques à en finir avec les différents corps eurosceptiques. Ainsi, les activités de l’IDDE en 2015 sont passées à la loupe. Comment? Par deux moyens.
Le premier consiste à imposer à la fondation une succession d’audits, afin de sonder la moindre dépense effectuée. Le second, bien plus grave, consiste à réinterpréter les lois du Parlement afin de rendre l’initiative de l’IDDE rétroactivement illégale.
Souhaitant aller plus loin, le bureau du Parlement européen débat en ce moment même de la possibilité d’interdire aux structures comme la nôtre toute forme d’initiative visant à favoriser la consultation populaire.
Il s’agit donc de manœuvres hautement liberticides qui, par ailleurs, proviennent d’un organisme supposé être une représentation démocratique. Ces calculs s’opèrent dans le secret du bureau du Parlement européen dans lequel il n’existe aucune voix représentative des groupes eurosceptiques présents au Parlement.
Derrière ces procédés se cache une volonté politique des responsables européens de mettre un terme au Printemps démocratique qui agite le continent. Jugeant l’action des partis et fondations pan-européens néfaste à la réalisation d’une Europe intégrée, leur objectif est de les neutraliser pour enrayer la dynamique contestataire.
Nous serions tous dans l’ignorance de ces manœuvres s’il n’y avait pas, au sein de ce même bureau, des fuites provenant de technocrates indignés par la méthode employée. Bien qu’ils soient partisans et ouvriers d’une Europe fédérale, et de ce fait nos adversaires politiques, ces personnes-là souhaitent bâtir leur projet européen par l’adhésion, et non pas par le calcul, par la ruse, ou par la force.
Je ne suis cependant pas surprise par la tournure des évènements. Déjà en 2014, la création du groupe ELDD avait été entravée. Martin Schulz demandait même à ce qu’il n’y ait pas d’argent pour «les ennemis de l’Europe».
Je ne partage pas ces informations pour me plaindre, mais pour appeler à la vigilance. Dans un système démocratique et parlementaire, il y a une majorité et une opposition. Ici, la majorité est constituée par les groupes en faveur d’une Europe plus intégrée. Les eurosceptiques représentent donc l’opposition.
Il serait scandaleux qu’en France, le bureau de l’Assemblée Nationale veuille éliminer l’opposition représentée par Les Républicains, la gauche radicale, et les non-inscrits. Pourtant, ce scandale se joue en ce moment à Bruxelles. À défaut de pouvoir interdire purement et simplement la présence de députés eurosceptiques, on tente de les museler.
En ligne de mire il y a un objectif très simple: faire en sorte qu’il n’y ait pas d’autre Brexit. D’ailleurs, Pierre Moscovici, commissaire aux affaires économiques, déclarait même en septembre dernier «qu’un référendum sur l’Europe est une très mauvaise méthode».
L’hostilité de l’Union européenne aux processus démocratiques vient encore d’être démontrée dans le cadre du Ceta. Menaces, ultimatums, et pistolet sur la tempe sont les moyens de négociation privilégiés d’une technocratie qui ne supporte plus aucune forme de contestation. Fort heureusement pour les peuples d’Europe, chaque tyrannie finit toujours par rencontrer son écueil.
Vouloir empêcher le peuple de s’exprimer est un crime contre la démocratie. Et lorsque l’on constate que le peuple, lorsqu’il s’exprime, marque son insatisfaction et son ras-le-bol, la gravité de ce crime s’en trouve amplifiée.
J’invite donc les citoyens favorables à la consultation populaire sur l’Europe à se manifester auprès du bureau du Parlement européen, en lui écrivant. Il est indispensable que les responsables politiques et les bureaucrates bruxellois sentent sur eux le regard attentif de peuples qui ne comptent pas abdiquer leur liberté d’expression et leur droit à la démocratie.
