Al-Adnani a défini vaguement le territoire de l’État que l’exécution du nord de la Syrie à la province irakienne de Diyala – une vaste étendue de terres à cheval sur la frontière qui est déjà en grande partie sous le contrôle de l’ISIS.
Il a également déclaré que, avec l’établissement du califat, le groupe a changé son nom pour : l’État islamique, procédant à l’abandon de la mention de l’Irak, Sham et le Levant.
Cependant, dans une carte largement partagée par les partisans d’ISIS sur les réseaux sociaux, le groupe islamiste a présenté un plan de cinq ans sur la façon dont les djihadistes aimeraient étendre leurs limites au-delà des pays à majorité musulmane.
Ainsi que des plans pour étendre le califat dans tout le Moyen-Orient, l’ensemble de Afrique du Nord, et de grandes parties de l’Asie occidentale, la carte marque également une expansion dans certaines parties de l’Europe.
l’Espagne, qui a été un pays administré par les musulmans pendant 700 ans jusqu’en 1492, est marqué comme un territoire du califat qui prévoit l’avoir sous son contrôle en 2020.
Ailleurs, l’ISIS envisage de prendre le contrôle des Etats des Balkans – dont la Grèce, la Roumanie et la Bulgarie – étendre ses territoires en Europe de l’Est aussi loin que l’Autriche, qui semble être basée sur des frontières d’avant la Première Guerre mondiale ,à l’époque de l’Empire austro-hongrois .
L’ISIS fait régulièrement des déclarations et des communiqués de propagande en faveur du retour des frontières géographiques,déjà en place avant la Grande Guerre de 1914-1918.
Le groupe insiste le découpage de l’Empire ottoman par les forces alliées après le conflit – communément appelée l’Accord Sykes-Picot – qui était une tentative délibérée de diviser les musulmans et limiter la probabilité qu’un autre califat soit établi.
Les extrémistes musulmans ont longtemps rêvé de recréer l’état islamique ou califat, qui a régné sur le Moyen-Orient, Afrique du Nord et au-delà des formes diverses au cours de 1400 ans d’histoire de l’Islam.
Il n’était pas clair de définir quel impact immédiat aurait la déclaration du représentant de l’État Islamique sur le terrain ,en Syrie et en Irak, même si les experts ont prédit qu’il pourrait annoncer des luttes intestines entre les militants sunnites qui ont uni leurs forces avec l’État islamique dans sa lutte contre le Premier ministre irakien ,Nouri al-Maliki et son gouvernement à majorité chiite .
«Maintenant, les insurgés en Irak n’ont aucune excuse pour travailler avec l’ISIS ,s’ils espéraient partager le pouvoir avec eux, dit Aymenn al-Tamimi, un analyste spécialisé dans les milices islamisques en Irak et en Syrie. «La perspective de luttes intestines en Irak est augmentée pour vous, at-il ajouté.
Le plus grand impact, cependant, pourrait être sur un mouvement djihadiste international plus large, en particulier sur l’avenir d’Al-Qaïda.
Fondé par Oussama Ben Laden, le groupe qui a effectué les attentats du 11 Septembre (version officielle américaine)sur les États-Unis a longtemps porté le manteau de la cause jihadiste internationale.
Mais l’État islamique a tout bouleversé devant lui:les règles et la vision politique elle-même.
«Cette annonce constitue une menace grave à al-Qaida et de sa position de longue date du leadership de la cause jihadiste internationale», a déclaré Charles Lister, chercheur invité à la Brookings Doha Center.
«Pris globalement, la jeune génération de la communauté djihadiste devient de plus en plus favorable à [l’ISIS] en grande partie à cause de sa capacité éprouvée pour obtenir des résultats rapides grâce à sa brutalité et à sa violence extrème, a-t-il ajouté.
Al-Baghdadi, un militant irakien ambitieux qui a une prime de $ 10,000,000 US sur sa tête, a pris les rênes de l’ISIS en 2010 quand elle était encore une filiale d’Al-Qaida, basée en Irak.
Depuis, il a transformé ce qui avait été une organisation parapluie, portée principalement sur l’Irak,en une force militaire transnationale très respectée.
Al-Baghdadi a longtemps été en désaccord avec le chef d’Al-Qaïda, Ayman al-Zawahiri, et les deux chefs terroristes avaient annoncé une rupture très publique après qu’al-Baghdadi a ignoré les demandes d’al-Zawahiri que l’Etat islamique devait quitter la Syrie.
Marre d’ al-Baghdadi et incapable de le contrôler, al-Zawahiri avait formellement désavoué l’ISIS en Février 2014.
Mais la popularité d’ al-Baghdadi n’a fait que croître depuis lors, comme ses combattants ont renforcé leur emprise sur une grande partie de la Syrie, et ont maintenant envahi de larges pans de territoires de l’Irak.
Après sa nomination à la tête du califat, ISIS a exigé qu’al-Baghdadi devait prendre le nom de calife Ibrahim – en utilisant le nom donné au fils du prophète Mahomet dans le but de renforcer l’argument selon lequel il est aujourd’hui le leader de tous les musulmans dans le monde et successeur en droite ligne du prophète lui-même.
La déclaration de l’Etat islamique intervient alors que le gouvernement irakien tente de reconquérir une partie du territoire qu’il a perdu au groupe djihadiste et ses alliés militants sunnites au cours des dernières semaines.
Le dimanche,29 juin 2014, des hélicoptères de combat irakiens ont frappé les positions des insurgés présumés pour une deuxième journée consécutive à Tikrit – la ville natale majoritairement sunnite de l’ancien dictateur Saddam Hussein.
L’armée irakienne a lancé sa poussée pour reconquérir Tikrit – qui est un foyer d’antipathie envers le gouvernement à majorité chiite de l’Irak -, samedi, avec une attaque sur plusieurs fronts menée par les troupes au sol appuyées par des chars et des hélicoptères.
EN CONCLUSION:
Un califat est un Etat islamique gouverné par un calife »- dans ce cas, Abou Bakr al-Baghdadi est considéré comme le successeur de Mahomet par ceux qui lui donnent allégeance,simplement en jurant fidélité.
De la même manière que le Pape est considéré comme le chef de l’Église catholique, un calife ,se définit comme le dirigeant des musulmans dans le monde entier.
Les djihadistes prendraient eux-mêmes,dans leurs seules mains, la responsabilité d’établir la politique – strictement fondée sur le Coran – pour tous les musulmans et les territoires occupés par les musulmans dans le passé.
Une des premières choses qu’ISIS a fait après avoir annoncé la formation du califat, fut de déclarer tous les émirats et sultanats existants comme illégaux.
Par conséquent, toutes les personnes ,prêtant serment au nouvel état islamique, seraient tenu en même temps de déclarer qu’elles ne reconnaissent plus ni les frontières, ni les lois ou toute autorité des Etats musulmans actuels.
L’annonce de l’Etat islamique, les militants ont décrit à plusieurs reprises comme étant «restaurée» la Grande Vision du Prophète d’un Grand Califat qui s’étendrait sur le Monde.
>Il s’agit d’une référence au dernier califat largement reconnu – qui existait sous l’Empire ottoman et a effectivement pris fin avec la fondation de la Turquie ,en 1923.
De nombreux islamistes – y compris l’ISIS – tendent à blâmer cet effondrement sur le dépeçage géographique de l’Empire ottoman par les Alliés ,après la Première Guerre mondiale.
En déclarant un califat, ISIS prétend maintenant «corriger» …en partie, le conflit vieux d’un siècle.

Cachez ce stationnement que je ne saurais voir !
Chaque fois que je passe dans ce coin-là, sur la 720 Ouest, devant l’imposant nouvel hôpital anglophone de Montréal (CUSM), je me pose la question (j’en suis même un peu gossant, demandez à mes amis!): comment, à notre époque, peut-on construire un stationnement étagé au…ssi haut, aussi visible, aussi moche, comme une espèce de rappel absurde aux horreurs urbanistiques des années 70 et 80 si présentes dans tant de villes nord-américaines?
Eh bien, il semble que je m’indigne pour rien :
selon les conclusions des enquêteurs de la commission Charbonneau, cette masse de béton ajourée de huit étages est un… stationnement souterrain ! Avec autant d’imagination, on pourrait même finir par se convaincre que l’autoroute Ville-Marie, c’est les Champs-Élysées ou que le mât du Stade olympique est un pittoresque phare sur le Saint-Laurent.
Sont forts, tout de même, les anciens dirigeants du CUSM. S’ils ont été capables de faire passer un bloc de huit étages pour un ouvrage souterrain, pas étonnant qu’ils aient été aussi capables d’en passer une p’tite vite au gouvernement. Une p’tite vite qui aurait permis au consortium dirigé par SNC-Lavalin d’obtenir ce contrat en aspergeant quelque 22,5 millions de dollars de pots-de-vin.
Il y aura, vraisemblablement, un jour des condamnations dans cette sordide histoire de corruption au CUSM (huit personnes, dont l’ancien directeur du CUSM, Arthur Porter, et l’ancien PDG de SNC-Lavalin, Pierre Duhaime, sont accusés de fraudes, complot, abus de confiance, notamment), mais en attendant, il n’est pas très difficile de désigner les dindons de cette triste farce. Eh oui, c’est nous (encore une fois!), contribuables québécois, entubés, s’il faut en croire la version des enquêteurs de la commission Charbonneau, par une bande de profiteurs sous l’oeil éteint de notre gouvernement.
Certains s’étonneront peut-être de voir la commission Charbonneau s’intéresser de si près à cette histoire, d’autant que des procédures criminelles sont en cours dans cette affaire. Le titre même de la CEIC – Commission d’enquête sur l’octroi et la gestion des contrats publics dans l’industrie de la construction – et la firme impliquée dans un des contrats publics majeurs des dernières années – SNC-Lavalin, géant de cette industrie – devaient toutefois mener naturellement les enquêteurs de la juge Charbonneau le long de la 720. L’octroi et la gestion des contrats publics, ce n’est pas la magouille impliquant les partis politiques ou le gouvernement. L’incurie, aussi, comme on le constate encore une fois, coûte cher aux contribuables.
Cette histoire, pour le Québec, est une vraie honte. Recruter à l’étranger des «spécialistes» pour mieux se faire plumer, ça fait vraiment république bananière de classe mondiale! On n’a pas seulement ouvert la porte du poulailler aux renards, on leur a déroulé le tapis rouge pour les y conduire!
Il faut se rappeler que le gouvernement Charest poussait très fort pour instaurer au Québec le modèle controversé des PPP (partenariat public-privé) et que le CUSM devait être un des fers de lance de cette approche. À l’époque, le gouvernement Charest n’y voyait que des avantages. Les risques, disait-il, pesaient sur les entreprises privées qui ne respecteraient pas leur contrat avec le gouvernement.
La réalité, c’est que les contribuables québécois doivent éponger, encore une fois, les dépassements de coûts, les magouilles avec, en prime, le sentiment honteux de s’être fait avoir et une horreur architecturale de plus dans le paysage montréalais.
Il ne serait pas étonnant par ailleurs que le consortium rival de SNC-Lavalin, dirigé par le géant espagnol OHL, qui a été apparemment écarté par des tractations illégales, réclame compensation, ce qui serait parfaitement normal.
Quelle que soit la suite judiciaire de l’affaire, le CUSM avance et son inauguration est prévue pour 2015. On prévoit déjà une grande fête, une parade, etc.
Philippe Couillard, qui sera nécessairement de la fête, doit espérer très fort qu’on ne parle plus trop de son ancien ami et associé Arthur Porter au moment de couper le ruban.
Rien n’est moins sûr. Ça s’incruste, des taches pareilles.

Alert humanity at risk: the crust of the Earth fracture in an area where there are no known volcanoes
A large crack that agrave day after day.
Until June 6, 2014, the Indian continent had not seen active volcanism during the last 60 million years. On 6 June 2014, a crack opened in the ground near the village of Gadiya in Kangra district of the state Himachal Pradesh, India. Flames, gas and volcanic magma came out of a hole four yards wide, soil and researchers office of Indian Geological Survey confirmed that magma is, is the production of lava that comes from deep within the earth and pierced the crust.
This is the first volcanic eruption ever seen in India, because the man was not there when the latter arrived there 65 million years ago at the end of the Cretaceous period.
The Deccan Traps marked the last, breaking the crust releasing a large effusion of magma in India. They are one of the largest volcanic provinces in the world. It consists of more than 6,500 feet (> 2000 m) lying basalt lava flows and covers an area of nearly 200,000 square miles (500,000 square kilometers) (about the size of Washington and Oregon combined) in the center West India. Estimates of the original area covered by lava flows are as high as 600,000 square miles (1,500,000 square kilometers). The volume of basalt is estimated at 12,275 cubic miles (512,000 cubic km) (1980 eruption of Mount St. Helens produces 1 cubic km of volcanic material). The Deccan Traps flood basalts are similar to basalts of the Columbia River in northwestern United States. (Source)
The giant eruption of Deccan threw so many gases in the atmosphere, is suspected to have played an important role in mass extinctions.
Parliamentary Secretary Jagjivan Pal, in the district assembly Sulah and falls in the region, visited the place this Tuesday, June 10, 2014. He said flames and hot liquid from the hill had created the panic.
« The temperature in the region has increased significantly in the basement and people say an electric steel pole had become bright red, there a few days, » he has said. Pal said that a material such as sulfur black stone appeared and flows outside the perimeter of the hill. (Source)
The outpouring of lava and gas continues to flow and the villagers are informed that they may lose their home if it continues. The nearest village is only 90 meters from the square.
The eruption of Deccan like India and had a profound effect on the whole planet, hope this is not the start of something much, much more.

Deccan basalts may have played a role in the extinction of dinosaurs. Most basalt erupted there between 65 and 60 million years. The gas generated by the eruption may have changed the global climate and led to the disappearance of the dinosaurs are 65 million years. The vocanologistes also trying to understand how these large volumes of lava erupted. Early models suggested that the lava flooded over large areas at extremely fast speeds. The proposed models have recently suggested that at least some of the flows are introduced to sustainable progressive rates from several months to several years. The sixth mass extinction started: Millions of fish found dead last month
Millions of fish are suddenly dying all over the planet. In fact, there have been dozens of mass fish death events reported in the past month alone. So why is this happening? Why are fish dying in unprecedented numbers all over the world? When more than six tons of fish died in Marina Del Rayover the weekend, it made headlines all over the United States. But the truth is that what just happened off the southern California coast is just the tip of the iceberg. In 2014, mass fish die-offs have pretty much become a daily event globally. Individually, each event could perhaps be dismissed as an anomaly, but as you will see below when they are all put together into one list it truly is rather stunning. So is there a reason why so many fish are dying? Is there something that connects these mass fish death events? Has something about our environment changed? The following are just a few examples of the mass fish death reports that have been coming in day after day from all over the globe…
*In April, 500,000 carp were found “floating belly-up in Kentucky’s Cumberland River“.
*Over the weekend, thousands upon thousands of fish died just off the southern California coastline…
California Fish and Wildlife workers are still scooping dead sea life from the surface of the harbor Monday after thousands of dead anchovies, stingrays and even an octopus died and floated up over the weekend.
So far officials have cleaned up 6 tons of dead fish, and they still have a long way to go.
*The death of approximately 35,000 fish up in Minnesota is being blamed on a “lack of oxygen“.
*The recent die off of thousands of fish in the Shark River near Belmar, New Jersey is also being blamed on “oxygen depletion“.
*Officials in Menifee, California are still trying to figure out what caused the death of thousands of fish in Menifee Lake a few weeks ago…
Authorities continued testing the water in Menifee Lake Friday after thousands of dead fish have been seen floating since last weekend.
Menifee city officials first heard reports Saturday of floating fish at the lake, which is located on private property about a half-mile east of the 215 Freeway.

State environmental scientists are investigating the cause of a fish kill that left about 7,000 dead Atlantic menhaden in waters that include the Inner Harbor and Fells Point.
Jay Apperson, spokesman for the Maryland Department of the Environment, said that biologists went by boat on Tuesday to the area of Monday’s fish kill. He says the area extended from the mouth of the Patapsco River, up the Baltimore Harbor to Fells Point and Fort McHenry.
